Frankly Discus is excited to be working together with the Amazon Research Center in Peru, the leading non-profit for sustainability and preservation of the Peruvian Amazon's ecosystem.

The Mission

The aim of the Amazon Research Center is to scientifically investigate aquatic life in the Amazon river and, using the gained insight, educate the local population about sustainable ways to breed ornamental fish. This not only ensures a balanced ecosystem in the Amazon but also economically aids the local population, who often rely on ornamental breeding to stay financially afloat.
