Non-European Union Terms & Service (For Orders from all Non-EU Countries)

• A minimum of 5 Boxes (See Packaging Information) must be purchased for Non-EU orders!
• After the customer fill in the address, name of the company, contact number and airport destination, we will send the latest updated stock list and the best freight rate to the customer.
• Based on the latest stock list, the customer will send the order through email of fax.
• Depend on the customer preferences, we will send the invoice before the shipment.
• We will send all the documents needed for the clearance after the shipment depart.
• The shipment will arrive approximately 7 days after customer placed order.

• Advance payment before shipment is required. The amount required is based on the invoice that will be sent to you beforehand.
• Account payable facilities can be given according to agreements only for regular customers.
• Payments are not accepted by banker draft or personal checks, and only acceptable by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
• Payment method are FOB. Which means the total invoice is consist of freight charges, cost of goods, packaging cost & documentation charges.
• Send your copy receipt of T/T copy to us by email or contact us through phone or mobile apps.

To ensure that our beloved fish are secure and arrive in perfect condition, our packing bags and boxes are designed specifically and also based on IATA standard.

• Our plastic bags are made of high quality Polyethylene / PE plastics.
• Our boxes are thick Styrofoam boxes which will also be covered with cardboard boxes.
• Since we understand that our customers have different box preferences, we provide 3 dimensions of the box : 

1. Large box : 75 x 42 x 40 cm 8 bags/box 25-27 kgs for the most economic box
2. Medium box : 75 x 42 x 32 cm 6 bags/box 20-22 kgs for the best condition of fish
3. Small box : 60 x 44 x 31 cm 4-5 bags/box 17-18 kgs economic and easy to handle box

*Packaging details all depend on the type of fish and flight time to destination

Customers should not be worried, since according to our experience, our Death On Arrival (DOA) rate is below 1.5% in average.

• However, if there is any mortality by the time the shipment arrived, do not worry, we will be responsible for it as long as the customer report it to us and provide some pictures within 24 hours after arrival.
• We will send the adjusted invoice immediately after the customer report the DOA to us.
